- Respect everybody at all times.

- If you are a first comer, you must sign our registration form and the waiver before practicing.

- No shoes are allowed beyond the stairs.

- If you take something from the fridge, remember to replace it later or leave some money in the money box.

- Never lean yourself or do pull-ups on any of the pipes (only on the ropes).

- For the safety of everyone, keep your nails clipped (short and filed, not sharp).

- All metal objects (jewelry, piercing) or other such items should be removed during practice sessions.

- Maintain a high level of personal hygiene inside the training center

- No shoes, food or drinks on the mat.

- Don’t take a shower in the center if you didn’t bring your own towel.

- Your Kimono should be washed as frequently as possible in respect for others.

- The belt represents your progress. Keep it on unless the instructor says otherwise.

- Classes begin with students lining up in descending grade order.

- Classes end with a handshake to the instructor and everyone.

- Train within your physical limits.
